The Forever Young PROM Dinner & Auction is a fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Clubs of North County and the over 2000 members they serve. It’s not a traditional Prom for high school students, but is the theme for the Auction this year.
Volunteers are needed to help with the Live and Silent Auction. Training will be provided.
Date: April 27th
Location: Pala Casino Spa Resort, 11154 CA-76, Pala, CA 92059
Time: Volunteers are asked to arrive at 4:30pm and will receive training on how to oversee the silent auction. Event starts at 5:30pm.
Wear: This is a black tie event, so volunteers are asked to wear slacks, a button up shirt or cocktail dresses.
Minimum age for volunteers: Must be 21 and older
On-site contact: Brian Astredo will be the on-site contact. Go to the Event Center next to the Noodle House
Dinner: Volunteers will receive a boxed lunche (for dinner) and will also be allowed to bid on items.
