About: The San Diego Rescue Mission (SDRM) is a faith-based rehabilitation and recovery program for men, women and children experiencing homelessness. Their goal is to help people get off the streets immediately and stay off the streets permanently. They lead with Jesus, do not accept government funding, and rely 100% on the community and the local Church for support.
Wednesdays Activity Night: Wednesday nights are an opportunity for groups to share an activity with the individuals and families living at the Oceanside Navigation Center. Following are some suggested activities, however SDRM is open to other ideas if you have some special talents or treasures you’d like to share.
Ideas: Karaoke, BINGO, dream board/vision boards, arts n crafts, music night, cookie decorating, holiday themed activity and more.
Arrival & Set up: 6:00-6:30pm.
Activity time: 6:30-8pm. Wrap and clean up at 8pm.
Sign up: Register by filling out the short form, and Ana from the SDRM will be in touch to book a specific Wednesday night that works for you. Please be prepared to include a note about your preferred activity.
