Escondido Creek Conservancy - Clean Up and Beautification

Please Note: This project is now FULL and occurs Saturday, April 24 8am-12pm. 

About: The Escondido Creek Conservancy exists to enhance the lives of people and wildlife in our watershed.  This is done by leading, educating and advocating for our natural surroundings.

Project Details: This project involves cleaning-up the Sardina Preserve and will entail: removing, trash, debris, invasive plants and working to restore the native habitat site. 

Bring: Work gloves/rubber gloves, hats, mask, water, snacks, sunblock.  Please also bring any gardening tools you have: picks, shovels, rakes, hoes, etc.

Wear: Masks and appropriate clothing for the project. Long pants and closed-toed shoes are encouraged. If you have Serve Your City shirt, please wear it! They can be purchased at all North Coast campuses during weekend services.

Child Friendly? Yes, but children 18 years and younger will need a chaperone and have a waiver signed before starting the project.  Please include number of children coming in registration.

Meet-up Location:  As you drive up lake Wohlford Road, you’ll see a tall black fence on the left; the gate will be open. Drive down gravel driveway.
