About: Ramona Pony Baseball Fields are run solely by volunteers who are committed to their community to provide a safe and enriching environment for kids to learn teamwork and life skills that will benefit them for a lifetime. The volunteers maintain a playground, dugouts, fencing and fields.
Project Details: Help is needed with the following activities: bench sanding, painting, weed abatement, painting exterior of the bathrooms and roofing.
Bring: Work gloves/rubber gloves, hats, mask, water, snacks, sunblock. Please also bring and painting tool and/or gardening tools that are appropriate for the job.
Wear: Masks and appropriate clothing for the project. Long pants and closed-toed shoes are encouraged. If you have Serve Your City shirt, please wear it! They can be purchased at all North Coast campuses during weekend services.
Child Friendly? Yes, young children may assist with weed abatement, but children 16 yrs+ may help with painting. Children need to be supervised at all times.
