The Meal:  Thanksgiving dinner will be pre-ordered, but it does does need to be picked up, delivered, warmed up and served to the residents.
Rough Timeline:
3:30-5:30pm pick up and warm up/prep the food
5:30-6:30ish serve the food
7pm: wrap up

Dinner Time:  Dinner is served at 5:30 so we do need volunteers to arrive early in order to pick up the meal (Albertsons or Spouts),  and warm-up/prep the meal for service.

How many people being served?  You will be serving ~35 women and children.

Number of Servers:  6-8 people are ideal, but it could be done with 4-6 people.

Amenities:  There is a convection oven, hot plates, hotpot, and microwave.  There are also all necessary trays, cooking utensils, bowls, etc. that may be used as needed.
