About: North Coast has partnered with several retirement communities during these unprecedented times. We want to love and honor this special and unique community by providing a little gift that will surely lift their spirits and give them a fun project to complete. The Carlsbad Senior Center offers programs for adults 60+ including resources, safety, food and information on how to stay connected. Also offered during the Covid period is a lunch program to Carlsbad residents. The Covid lunch program serves ~105 seniors who drive up and pick up the lunches and ~145 seniors who have lunch delivered to their homes. The gardening kit project is an additional benefit that will be given out for free.
