Each week a meal is needed for the Peer Support Group at Alabaster Jar (ABJ), these are women who have been human trafficked.  They rely on volunteers to provide the meals, and for some of the women, this is the only day of the week where they get to enjoy a full meal.  Your help is greatly appreciated.

What’s needed: Prepare or purchase a health dinner meal to include an entrée, salad and or bread, drinks, and a dessert.  You can sign up to do this weekly, once a month, or one time only. It’s up to you.  The meal should be ready to serve upon arrival.  There is a microwave on-site if items needs to be reheated.

How many people? Dinner is needed for 8-10 people.
*Sometimes, the meal requirements are larger during the holiday seasons. Christmas and Thanksgiving may have up to 30 people.

Date/Time:  Thursdays/weekly, 5-6pm

Location:  Drop off at the Resource Center in Escondido, 92027. You will be receive location details after signing up.
