Gardening, Lanscaping & Clean Up - Pacific View Academy of Arts and Culture

“Pacific View Academy of Arts and Culture” is non-profit organization with the goal of promoting art and culture in the community of Encinitas.  The overall purpose of this project is to restore historic Pacific View Elementary School (built in 1953) to function while reducing neighborhood blight on the road.  In addition, they want to create a world-class art and ecology center in downtown Encinitas.

Project Description:

There are a variety of projects to include but not limited to: installing new straw wattles to  prevent soil erosion, capturing and retaining rainwater, repairing drainage swale and sew California native wildflowers.   If you like to garden and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, sign up to help rehabilitate and transform the Pacific View School into a thriving community once again.
