Description of Project:  NAMI North Coastal holds monthly general meetings in order to inspire and support those with brain disorders and their families and educate and inform the community and to work to erase the stigma of brain disorders.  Assist by bringing refreshments and set up the meeting.

Date: 3^rd Thursday of the Month

Arrival Time:   Please arrive between 6:30 and 6:45 p.m.  Volunteers are to set up chairs and refreshments.  Ideally, NAMI would love for volunteers to stay through the meeting and help clean-up afterwards for around 30 minutes.

Bring:  Please bring refreshments such as cheese, crackers, fruit and bottled water for up to 45 people.

Duties: Help set up, check in vendors and set up refreshments.

Child Friendly?  Please note, this may not be appropriate for young children.  High school age or older is suggested.

*Actual meeting time is 7 pm – 8 pm for those interested in learning more.  Located at St. Michael’s by the Sea Episcopal Church in Carlsbad.
